We’ve had a few new recruits of late

Supporting Josie in the team is our Account Director Lucinda Bower. Lucinda has extensive client service experience having worked with some of the world’s largest businesses. Lucinda is already working on a number of brand development projects for some of our newest clients.

Paul Bauer is our very first Account Manager at our new Purpose Works studio in Bletchley Park. Paul manages our production and implementation projects working closely with the team in London to ensure all projects run seamlessly right through to delivery.

Mark Hendricks is our new Senior Creative Artworker, also based in our Purpose Works studio. Mark has 30 years experience of artworking and is a seasoned problem solver. He works closely with the creative teams to ensure projects are seamlessly carried out from idea right through to delivery.

Claire Edwardes is our Accounts & Studio Assistant, supporting the entire team on a day-to-day basis. Claire has a creative background, she’s super organised and has made herself indispensable already.

And last but not least, Harry Smith. Harry has been a key member of the client services team for the past year, but is now taking a leap into the world of Strategy & Insight. In his new role, he’ll be supporting new business with market knowledge and opportunities, providing insight to share with our clients and he’ll also be consulting on client communication strategies.

All in all, a fantastic team who are already making a remarkable contribution to Purpose. A huge welcome to everyone and a big thank you for all your hard work so far.
